Too much Self-Esteem? How does Social Media Play a role in this?

I believe that people have a lot of self-esteem. This is affect social media causes because when you post something such as a video or pictures of yourself, it causes you to post more stuff similar to past posts. People always post the same pictures because of this. Whether it comes from selfies, vlogs,vines,...etc.
