Today, you would most likely see toddlers with iPhones playing apps on their parents phone. Or if their parents aren't the most intelligent, one of their own. I would say every child should get their first phone at the age of 12. I got my first phone at the age of 11 but it wasnt a smartphone. All I could do on the phone was text or call. But that was fine for me since I was that age. There are crazy people out there and if little children get on social media they could get in serious trouble.
